Terms & Conditions:

  1. Prices include procedures, standard medication, transportation to/from hotel and MV’s selected medical facility, MV customer relations assistance and hotel stay with breakfast as
    indicated.
  2. Booking may be confirmed upon deposit payment of 20% of the package price.
    A minimum booking confirmation period of 2 weeks (14days) in advance is required.
  3. Booking Cancellations & Refund Policy
    1. Cancellation with 14days of ETA or more : 90% refund
    2. Cancellation within 7 days of ETA or more : 50% refund
    3. Cancellation in less than 7days of ETA: No refund. (ETA: Expected time of arrival)
  4. Package price is valid until 30 June 2009.
