Step by Step guide to Planning Your Makeover Journey

Step 1

1. Send us an email at info@makeovervacations com, if there is an area of interest that is not available on our site.
2. If you have identified your area of interest and would like to have more information or proceed with initiating a booking, please fill in the “Enquiry Form” and send it to us. If you feel that you require a procedure or treatment but is unsure of the type of treatment or procedure, kindly send us a recent digital photo of the area/s concerned.
3. You are advised to provide as detailed and as much information as possible to enable us to make an accurate assessment of your requirement and match you to the right Surgeons and facility.

Step 2

1. Once we receive the completed Enquiry Form which includes your medical history, required procedures and treatment, close up digital photo and other requirements pertaining to the desired holiday, MV will revert with its recommendations and cost estimates based on the information provided.
2. We may request for more information for a more accurate assessment if necessary.

Step 3

1. Surgeons and facilities most suited to your requirement will be recommended to you. We will provide you information on the recommended Surgeons and facilities.

Step 4

1. Upon your approval of the recommended Surgeon or facility, under the advise of the Surgeon, we will proceed with a detailed assessment and recommendation on procedure and treatment and a quotation from the Surgeon. Please take note that adjustments may be made to our initial quotation.
2. The Surgeon may also request for further information before making a detailed recommendation. You are advised to scrutinize all recommendations to your satisfaction before making an informed decision of the procedure. You may choose to hold direct discussions with the Surgeon over the internet or telephone.
3. Discuss alternative methods of surgery with your surgeon to satisfy yourself that what is being proposed is best for you.
4. Discuss alternative treatments and satisfy yourself that you are fully aware of what to expect from your chosen procedure.

Step 5

1. At this time, you would have made a decision to proceed with a makeover journey of your choice. Upon your confirmation, we will proceed with setting appointment dates, hotel bookings and secure all details pertaining to your journey. An itinerary will be submitted for your approval.
2. Please keep in mind that the itinerary should allow for some contingencies which will be advised to you.

If you still have questions with regard to surgery or any part of your journey at any time before the surgery, please do not hesitate to ask.

Step 6
It is advisable that you arrive in the country at least 2 days before the scheduled surgery date to allow for acclimatization. Relaxing activities is recommended one day prior to surgery.

1. On arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (or at any point in Kuala Lumpur chosen by you) you will be met by a MV Representative with your transportation.
2. The Representative will be your companion throughout your surgical itinerary until the end of your recuperation period. Your companion will take you through your itinerary, coordinate your schedule, facilitate any changes in requirements or your program and ensure your comfort.
3. Your MV companion will transport you to your chosen accommodation, to and from your appointments, to a pre-surgery holiday that you may have booked with us and will make frequent visits to oversee to your recuperation be it at the hospital or a hotel.
4. If you have chosen to go for a Post Surgery/Rejuvenation holiday, your MV Companion will ensure that you have a smooth send off. He/she will be back with you again, if you are required to attend any post surgery reviews before, during or after your rejuvenation holiday.
