Makeover Vacations

Makeover Vacations Sdn Bhd (“MV’) is your medical holiday travel advisor (MHTA) who is responsible for organizing your medical holiday itinerary which may include medical appointments, hotel and hospital stay, travel and transport arrangement and other medical and travel related services.

As your MHTA, MV will introduce you to the principal service providers such as Medical Specialists, dentists, beauticians, hospitals, hotels, travel agents, tour operators and the like; which have been carefully selected for their experience and ability to provide quality services in their respective field of expertise.

You hereby accept and understand that these principal service providers (“PSP”) are the third parties in respect of the agreement to provide goods and services by MV to you (the client).

As such you hereby agree that:-

1. Information on medical and surgical procedures provided by MV are not to be construed as MV’s opinion and advice.
2. Any consultation containing an element of medical or surgical advice provided by any representative of MV and/or by way of our web site, even if intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, should be validated by your Surgeon.
3. It is hereby agreed that you (the client) are responsible in taking steps to ensure that all risks and potential complications are reduced to the minimum and that you shall be making an “informed decision” of the surgery/procedure of your choice.
4. MV give no guarantees that your procedure will not result in personal disappointment and shall not be in a position to give warranties for any medical, surgical procedure or treatments what-so-ever.
5. MV will not be responsible for any additional medical and other expenses incurred in the interests of your health and due to unforeseen complications.
6. You shall agree to indemnify Makeover Vacations Sdn Bhd, its management and staff from any liability in any way whatsoever for any dispute or grievance arising from any procedure, treatment and services that you have agreed to.
7. MV shall not be responsible or liable for unforeseen changes in the confirmed schedule, made by the hospital s, Surgeons or any of the PSP. Nevertheless, MV shall strive to reschedule or if necessary change to an alternative facility or Surgeon of the same quality and standard, subject to the clients consent.
8. You understand that you are bound by any/all expressed and implied terms and conditions of service provided by the principal service providers; and as such MV is indemnified of any disputes or claims arising from dissatisfactions or non-performance by the parties. However as your MHTA, MV shall assist in facilitating you in this regard.
9. If any dispute should arise the parties in the dispute may only be liable if litigation takes place in Malaysia, under Malaysian Court of Law.
