CONFIDENTIALITY

Information received by Makeover Vacations (MV) from our client and information pertaining to services we provide to our clients will be kept as your private details and shall be treated in the strictest confidence and as such they will never be seen by or distributed to any third parties without the client’s written consent.

Information divulged to our team ie. Staff and Surgeons are on a need-to-know basis only and shall only be for the purpose of facilitating consultation and treatments.

COST ESTIMATES:

1. All Cost estimates are based on Ringgit Malaysia (RM) but will be quoted to you in either USD, AUD or Euro equivalent at the prevailing exchange rates.
2. The cost estimates for all treatments and procedures will be our best estimates based on information made available to us by you. Cost adjustments may be made upon physical examination and consultation by your Surgeon.
3. The actual cost may also vary should variations are made to the procedure/s as required or due to complications that arise before or during the procedure.
4. It would be the sole discretion of the client to either proceed or terminate a planned procedure without any cause for compensation or penalties to any party/parties; namely the client, the Surgeon nor Makeover Vacations save for cost or charges incurred to up to the time of termination.

BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS

1. An administration fee of USD100-00 will be charged as a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. This deposit is to be paid into Makeover Vacations bank account via bank transfer upon the issuance of an invoice.
3. On commencement of your procedure/s the client will be required to make all payments directly to the Surgeons or establishments in accordance to their respective terms of payments.
4. If for any reason the client and/or the surgeon decide not to proceed with your surgery during pre-operative consultation/examination you will only be responsible for the fees incurred thus far.
5. Any additional recommendations from your Surgeon that may result in additional costs at any time before, during and after your procedure will be entirely in your best interests.
6. Any bookings made and confirmed on your behalf and not utilized are subject to cancellation fees as may be imposed by the respective establishments.

RISKS

Surgical Procedures are not without any risk. Regardless of how good a Surgeon may be, complications can arise.

1. You are advised to provide all information required by the Surgeon during the preliminary assessments.
2. You are urged to ask as many questions as possible before choosing a procedure.
3. You will have further opportunity to discuss all your concerns during a personal consultation with your Surgeon prior to proceeding with any surgery.
4. Make sure that you and your surgeon are fully in agreement as regards the intended outcome of your surgery.
5. Neither you nor your surgeon are under any obligation to proceed with the intended surgery until a final mutual decision is taken at your post-operative consultation.
